What does this acronym mean?

Common Abbreviations has a complete list of acronyms used by the community for things within the game.

How can I change my age?

Currently the only way to have the age on an account changed is by contacting Tech Support. You can do this by going to EA - Contact Us then choosing your device and the Connection and Tech Support options. You will need to provide them with the Player ID or Ally Code for the account along with some form of legal documentation proving your age.

How can I change my Guild Activities time?

Guild Activities reset time, also referred to as guild reset time, are set to the guild when the guild is created and can not be adjusted. The only way to get a different guild reset time is to create a new guild. Guild reset times are set to 30 minutes after the guild creator's current Squad Arena payout time which means you can adjust your own Time Settings before creating the guild to try to get the reset where you want it. More details about this can be found on the Guilds page.

How can I change my Arena payout times?

Players can change these times twice in a year by going to Settings ⇒ Time Settings and adjusting the Daily Activities Reset time. The number of hours forward or backwards the time is adjusted will also change all of the times for collecting Bonus Energy from Daily Activities and the reset times for shipments and all stores.

How do I create or join a guild?

All of the information about this can be found at Guilds.

Why are some characters and ships dropping more than others?

If a mission node shows a quantity of 2 under the reward icon for the unit then that means it is an Accelerated character. Accelerated characters are characters that have been out for at least one full year and have their drops doubled throughout the game, even in stores, in an effort to help players collect the units they want faster. More information about this can be found at Character Shards.

If the mission node is not showing that a unit is Accelerated then it is just the RNG (Random Number Generator) associated to the drop rates of getting units from nodes.
